Tracking every aspect of your project is critical! One of the biggest pitfalls of the construction industry is people's ability to remember all everything they have going on. There are simply too many moving parts for anyone to operate from memory. It is critical to keep logs for each moving part! 

Especially when you are starting your career or your own business, you may not be able to afford the latest software. Well for now you do not need to! Download this package of the following templates (with formulas):

1. 2 Week Look Ahead - Have your Foreman or Superintendent put their vision on paper. Map out what they have planned each day for a short term look ahead.
2. Submittals & Procurement - Track every piece of material & equipment type in relation to your schedule. (Even the most popular construction software does not do this adequately).
3. Request For Information (RFI's) - Track all of your questions to the client or design team in relation to your schedule. 
4. Open Items - Track every "ball in the air". What is out there and who's "court" is it in? The Owner, Architect, or Contractor's "court".
